FLOOR PLAN FINANCING

Inventory Financing involves a three party arrangement. Vendor provides interest subsidy for Net Free terms to the Reseller/Dealer.

* Scheduled Payment (Fast Turning Asset) are paid on a schedule. (Terms are typically 30, 45, 60, and 90 days).

* Pay As Sold (Slower Turning Assets) are paid as sold. (Terms are typically 180, 270, and 365 days).

* Rental Programs and Rollover after subsidy period are standard.
